In order to review and modernise the E-Commerce/E-Transaction Model Law, the SADC Secretariat with support from GIZ engaged a Consultancy Firm, Sigmund Peak. The overarching objective of the consultancy is to assist the SADC Secretariat in revising and modernizing the existing SADC E-Commerce/ E-Transaction Model Law.
